Our History
Bistro Certo was founded in honor of our very own Nonna Peppina, and we carry on her legacy with homemade recipes handed down to her family. She arrived in Montreal in 1953 from Sicily with her husband Sebastiano. A passionate cook, she taught her delicious recipes to her children and grandchildren. She has owned restaurants in Los Angeles, California, as well as in Montreal, Quebec.
